1960's Music History

The decade from 1960, the social and political change that have never before seen. Moreover, the music of 60 years, the direction of folk music and Americana in its entirety. In this decade, has never been to America, and that is the younger generation, or the baby boomers, in passing. After the Second World War there was a dramatic increase in the population. A whole generation of young men did back in the United States felt that the whole country was economically disadvantaged region, once they have left an economic goliath. The pairs were able to settle and to found a family, and they have the numbers impressive.

It was assumed that the existence of perfect. The family lives in nuclear facilities. The Patriarch has done a good job to provide for the upkeep of his family and the woman science to stay at home to raise children. The children grew up in a world that was rapidly shrinking. Radio and television are always orders permanently in all households. This technology has the baby in the music of the 60 years. Some of the big names of music at the beginning of the year 1960, is from a recording studio, the Sun Record Company, with headquarters in Memphis, Tennessee. Artists such as Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Roy Orbison and all got their starting point in the Sun Record Company. Many of them were introduced by the method Presley. His music is a mix of gospel, blues and hillbilly music. BB King, which is perhaps the greatest blues musicians of all time, well before he became known as Presley famous. Presley combined blues, gospel, hillbilly music and to help a new form of music ... Rock and Roll. His style is unique and attractive for the baby-boomer generation, which has helped them to influence and steer the catastrophic changes in the nature of the music. The baby boomers were the first fans of the music of 60 years, the support and that is what has led to other artists such as the Beatles, for the development of a new style shape, as the only one of its generation. The music is an expression of cultural and social people, and never was it true that in the case of 60 years of music. Baby boomers' musical post-modernism election reflect the political and social upheavals that time, including the assassination of the president, an unpopular war, the function and the movement to defend the rights of women and the cold war. It was the music, nor as a representation of sustainability of their heritage.
